  • Detailed Issue Description: Clearly and concisely describe the problem you are facing. Include any error messages you encounter, unexpected behaviors of the app, or specific functions that are not working properly.
  • Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Provide a step-by-step guide on how to reproduce the issue. This will help our support team understand and replicate the problem more easily. For example, "Open the Bex app → Click on the 'Search' button → Enter 'example' in the search bar → The app crashes."
